間接效用函數性質&MRS遞減與S.O.C.關係 - 經濟

想要請教兩個問題
1.在只有x,y兩財的case裡
消費者均衡的S.O.C.為
=> 2pxpyuxy-(px)^2uyy-(py)^2uxx > 0
把F.O.C.代入
=> 2uxuyuxy-(ux)^2uyy-(uy)^2uxx > 0
課本寫說這暗示了"MRS遞減",但是我求不出來
我的作法:
MRS = -ux/uy
dMRS/dx = -(uyuxx - uxuxy)/(uy)^2(以d表示偏微)
不知道如何把-(uyuxx - uxuxy)/(uy)^2化成2uxuyuxy-(ux)^2uyy-(uy)^2uxx的形式?
2.在討論間接效用函數的特性時
課本寫道:
v(p,m) is nonincreasing in p
這我有些疑惑
p一旦增加
預算集合就會不一樣了
在無異曲線嚴格凸向原點下(課本這裡只有討論這種形狀的無異曲線)
v(p',m)勢必會<v(p,m)
也就是v(p,m) is decreasing in p
不了解課本會什麼這樣寫?
