請教一下 應該是公共財的問題 - 經濟

就是不太了解怎麼做所以才會以為freeway就是偏公共財方向
想要請教一下
如果y軸放p x軸放 時間
原始的需求線是 重疊x軸 然後過5 p.m 穿越 正斜率曲線
供給線是 重疊x軸 然後在5 p.m 就停止
是這樣嗎...
畫起來感覺很怪 因為課本沒有這種範例
所以 想要請教板上的高手 這種模式的供需線要怎麼解 ...
