請問複委託交易糾紛該找哪個主管機關 - 理財

我的美國持股賣出下單是從券商軟體即時庫存下單(所以庫存量是夠的)
下單時間是 台灣下午10:33分(美國上午9:33分)
下單顯示委託失敗 error_sell_restricted 委託賣出價格是2.55
台灣時間下午10:34分(美國上午9:34分) 有到我價格之上至2.57
現在價格至2.55之下且2.2初而已
這種情形該如何處理?
我是開複委託台灣的券商
哀...且現在券商處都下班只能等早上了
第一次碰到這個問題
