請問有關機車強制險被申請理賠
事由:去年底發生機車車禍，
我是直行車，對方從巷子出來，撞上我的機車車尾
我車子有小損壞，對方受傷了，之後，我的摩托車修了
幾百塊，打了幾次電話給對方都沒接，本來想說，也沒多少錢
就算了，但這幾天接到我機車強制保險的通知函，對方提出申請，
而保險公司核定2萬元，雖然不用我付錢，但心情覺得不好，因為是他撞我
而不是我撞她。
請問:這樣不管讓她領2萬塊，對我之後申請強制險有關係嗎?
如果我提出異議的話，對方是不是就不能領了呢?
