想請問台一事務所(國內部) - 專利

最近有機會去台一(台北)面試，南北薪水都一樣....
不過有說加班的話，申請後給加班費。年薪是16月吧?!
想請問調薪的標準是以年為基準嗎? 會調的話就是一年才調一次吧?
另外
A事務所(台北)，北中南也都有分所。
給的月薪跟台一一樣，加班沒加班費，每半年就有績效評比(獎金)。
年薪14-18個月(看個人能力拿的獎金+年終)，主管說有人有衝到18(個案就不討論了)。
當然台一可能會訓練的紮實點
想請教各位事務所前輩的意見 風評等等選擇會是?
