全球利率下行,加上保險監理從嚴,摩根大通證券最新報告指出,今年以來,海內外資金從保險轉戰投資,使股債市交易活絡可能不止於短線,而是長達數年的「典範轉移」;金融股獲利將啟動結構轉變,投資策略也要順應趨勢,首選證券業務穩定成長的元大金(2885)、永豐金(2890)和富邦金(2881)。
國內金控日前公布前九月獲利衝破3,000億元,但銀行獲利普遍衰退,壽險公司受到市場波動的影響變數也沒減輕,法人展望後市保守多於樂觀。其中,在多家外資率先看好台股交易而喊進證券主體的元大金,摩根大通進一步發布台灣金融業中長期發展報告,認為銀行、壽險承壓而證券突出的趨勢很可能貫穿數年。
摩根大通證券台灣金融產業分析師黃聖翔表示,台灣家戶資產有三核心,第一也是最大的板塊是房地產,其次是持有現金和保險,當中,保險銷售在近兩年有很大轉變,因為利率調降加上監理從嚴,去年初年保費衰退後,今年前八月減幅再擴大到31%,傳統型和投資型保單都賣不好。
根據摩根大通預測,今年初年保費可能從往年1.1~1.3兆元,銳減到6,000~7,000億元,減幅還有擴大空間,反觀同期最大變化是家戶現金比重提高及證券交易興旺。黃聖翔說,現金雖然增加,但投資人應該很難滿足於0.8%~0.9%的定存利率,因此資金還會加碼入市。
台股今年前九月新增近百萬交易戶,自然人交易比同步提高到62%~64%,累積前八月複委託超過2.49兆元,更已超越去年全年2.44兆元。黃聖翔表示,台灣投資人加大投資,不僅台股熱,複委託也很活絡,還有兩個觀察點是台灣ETF市場中,高殖利率代表的元大高股息(0056)今年來大增300億元,以及境內基金規模迭創新高。若對比過往台股熱且台幣強,通常保單也會賣得好,然今年趨勢反轉,進一步呼應熱錢會繼續尋找收益。
相較下,他認為,銀行今年來受利差縮減的衝擊一直持續,與此同時,能擴張財管的銀行也不多,包括基富通有競爭力的手續費影響國人投資基金習慣。而壽險有新契約銷售不易、匯損增加及市場波動等挑戰。
綜合分析,黃聖翔說,證券主體金控將最有成長性,也最有續航力,如元大金、永豐金和富邦金旗下證券事業強健,都在國內經紀業務有龐大份額,獲利能見度較高,中長期也有助金控股利政策維持,為投資首選。
