目前在當公務員，月薪約55K+17K加班
早餐晚餐都吃家裡，午餐自己帶便當去公司，
每月總開銷約400元，每個月大概存個70K，現在存款約500K，股票有榮剛20張、鴻海5張，
最近在考慮要不要買房子，但是很多人都苦勸我暫時不要買，
因為現在在高點，買房子不划算，可是因為我住北縣，
所以想趁著捷運熱買一間下來，可是家人卻又反對，希望我在北市的校區附近
買二手套房，然後用公教貸款1.42%，配合青年首購前三年免利息，
把套房租出去，這樣可以增加一個賺錢的標的，
但是我一直認為二手套房很危險，而且一買會把自己所有資金全丟進去
之後就不好申購股票、買外幣了........
請問大家，我該聽誰的呢????還是自己先存下來好呢???
