關稅 - 經濟

我在書本上看到一句話"關稅使進口國價格上升，同時也降低出口國的價格"
我覺得後面那句話不見得是成立的，為何出口國會降低它的價格?
同一種商品交易成立的話，一定有買方跟賣方，現在只是引用在國際貿易上，
進口國與出口國，我的想法是，因為關稅使進口國的商品價格提升了，這裡ok。
但出口國的商品價格一開始就沒課關稅了，因此它的價格就比進口國低，那為何
又要降低它的價格呢???

因為開放進口國內產品均衡點不會是原本
的那一點ㄟ畫圖就可以看出來了
