關於近日的一篇奇怪廣告 - 經濟

近日再電視上出現一系列關於稅率和經濟的廣告,
其主旨在強調減稅以增加經濟成長,
並"簡述"一些數據最為佐證,
最後才簡短的播出組織名稱:
"Milton & Rose D. Friedman Foundation, Educational Choice"
然而根據我的查詢(官網:http://www.friedmanfoundation.org/ )
該組織係教育基金會而非經濟組織...
我畢竟是外行人,無法判斷其說法的真偽,
有必要請板上各位專家幫我解惑.
真光靠減稅就能讓經濟起飛嗎?
稅率過高是當前台灣經濟困境的關鍵嗎?
這個廣告顯然有強大的訴求,卻對於其組織缺乏介紹,
其說法是否可靠,還請各位大師說明 <(_ _)>
