之前花旗享樂卡有三個月缺錢 沒繳卡費
現在已經被停掉了 利率是15% 金額是6萬
我目前有工作 每個月可以還款了
請問有辦法降循環利率嗎?
花旗銀行告訴我 就算還完卡 卡片也不能用了
那我重新再申請同一張卡的話的話 會過嗎?
若不行 那我改申請別家公司的卡 可以嗎?
