貨櫃運價飆升的6主因 謝金河:傳產股窗外有藍天
缺船、缺櫃、缺工助長了貨櫃航運的運價,促成了航運股的大行情,二十八日,台股有九
檔上市、兩檔上櫃航運股漲停,這個榮景是過去十幾年來航運股所僅見,這其中最大促動
力是陽明海運。
因為股價大漲受到警示,陽明海運自結十一月淨利高達二七.○五億元,EPS○.九二
元,這個數字跟二○年第三季的二七.三六億元旗鼓相當,也就是說,陽明現在賺一個月
等於是第三季的總和,這個驚爆的業績大成長訊號,促動了股價漲勢,也讓長榮、萬海齊
聲大漲,陽明連續跳空拉出兩根漲停板,二十九日寫下二七.九元高價,長榮也漲到四○
.四元,萬海也創下五七.七元新高價,這個貨櫃航運的景氣,會把貨櫃航運股帶向何處
?值得深入探討。
貨櫃運價飆升的六個主因
記得九月下旬,我在FB上撰文指出貨櫃航運運價飆升,有六個主因,一是歐美經濟解封
後的補貨潮;二是出口樞紐貨櫃短缺;三是空運能力受限;四是防疫商品及個人防護配備
需求大增,這次單是載送疫苗的貨櫃可能必須動用七四七飛機八千架次;五是船員因隔離
措施,長時間未能下船,難以替補;六是貿易戰及疫情衝擊,船公司結束營業,有的把舊
船拿去拆解造成的短缺。這六大因素齊聚,引發了十年來空前難得一見的超大行情,陽明
更是見證貨櫃航運最谷底,受到衝擊最巨大的貨櫃航運公司。
在盧峰海掌理陽明的時代,二○一五年虧損七七.二二億元,EPS是負二.五七元,二
○一六年更慘烈,虧損一四九.一二億元,一股虧損四.九六元,那兩年長榮也出現虧損
,一五年虧四四.○八億,一六年虧損六六.○八億,萬海則保持獲利。陽明經營績效不
彰,蔡政府執政後,起用出身長榮的謝志堅出任董事長,力圖扭轉困局,貨櫃科班出身的
謝志堅力挽狂瀾,但陽明在一八、一九年仍虧損,兩年虧損逾一○九億元,每股淨值一度
跌到五.二六元。
為了挽救經營危機,二○一七年進行一次大減資,股本三○○.四四億元,一次打掉一六
○.○五億元,減資幅度達五三.二七%,再進行九一.九一億增資,那一年政府相關單
位大力為陽明護盤,國發會的國安基金持有九二萬張陽明,台灣港務公司也持有二一萬張
陽明股票,現在陽明三大股東,一是交通部持有十七.八三%,行政院國發會持有十七.
五四%,台灣港務公司十一.八八%,交通部有四六.七萬張,國發基金有四六萬張,港
務公司有三一.一萬張,台船有四一八九○張,當初在陽明陷入最低潮,參與增資的大股
東,如今都成了大贏家。
陽明、長榮成長空間可觀
這個貨櫃航運的傳奇實在變化真大,今年三月疫情直撲而來的時候,陽明股價最慘跌到四
.七二元,長榮也跌到八.九元,萬海也跌到十一.八五元,這次景氣快速翻升而上,法
人都在估二○二一年三家貨櫃航運股的獲利,像長榮元月營收仍可創新高,美國線長約五
月換約再漲一○○美元,以長榮第三季淨利八一.八五億元,EPS一.七元來估算,法
人估長榮明年EPS七.七元,陽明也可達七.五元,陽明船舶九二艘,自有船舶四四艘
,租賃四八艘,二○二一年有十艘新船;長榮第六、第七艘一.二萬TEU新船交付營運
,看起來都會續創佳績。
如果回來看十年前二○一○年的貨櫃船運盛況,那年長榮資本額三一二.四八億,營收一
七○.二六億元,淨利一五一.六五億,EPS四.八五元,二○二○年營收可能逾二○
○○億,淨利上看二○○億;而陽明在二○一○年淨利一一七.八八億元,EPS四.六
元,那年股價最高漲到三○.九五元,長榮漲到二一.五元,這次目標價可能更高,這次
景氣帶來的產業成長空間,可能比十年前更可觀。
貨櫃航運股看起來長線基本面問題不大,但技術面的乖離,隨著股價急漲,乖離也會愈來
愈大,震盪也會加劇,短線進出很容易套牢,不妨以波段操作,以靜制動,這個時候基本
面強度會成為帶動股價最重要的推力,很多散裝航運股隨著大漲,如果基本面跟不上,容
易拉回,而低價股也會伺機而上,像正德這幾年每年EPS至少有○.五元以上,股價十
元以下有投資價值,股價有挑戰十五元的機會。空運業務大好,華航股價比長榮航表現出
色,是因為貨機比長榮多,二○二○年航空攬貨業景況非常好,中菲行前三季EPS六.
六八元,台驊三.○一元,捷迅)是五.○五元,從第四季的盛況來看,捷迅第四季前兩
個月營收六.五九億,第四季營收可望超過十億,EPS全年可能在七元以上,如果反應
十五倍PE,股價有挑戰百元潛力。
