請問理賠直接找call ctr好還是業務? - 保單

我有定額醫療險和實支實付,保了十幾年了,前保誠,現在的中國人壽
最近住院開刀,要申請理賠 (這疾病應該沒什麼道德危機,最近才出現的)
之前的業務似乎都找助理做,但感覺助理有點兩光,而且回應我的需求動作都很慢
(如之前知道我即將住院,卻一直沒收到理賠單跟相關指引;後來我請call center寄)
住院時業務有打電話來,我說我已經住院了,打算自己把理賠書寄給call center
電話中,業務請我把申請書寄給他,但說法是他那邊可以做個紀錄,我不置可否
回家後,收到call center跟業務寄來的信
call center的信就是很簡單的理賠申請書
而業務(助理處理的?)寄來的是相關保單的廣告,以及把我姓名打錯的生日快樂信函
(竟然也沒有理賠申請書)
這種感覺實在有點OOXX
想請教一下,大家一般都透過業務嗎? 還是透過call center?
業務所說的可以做個紀錄,是什麼意思?
透過call center 理賠的速度和理賠內容(會該賠而未賠嗎?)和業務相比如何?
想聽聽業內人或大家的意見。謝謝囉。
