如果同樣貸一千萬,20年。本息攤還20年是常見的做法。
若改成前5年只繳息,不還本。但是有錢(本來就是預設要繳本的)就還本
不用受限每個月的幾號扣款,那麼後者是否可以節省更多?
還有一個想法,就是只繳息不還本,繳息部分還可以抵所得。5年到時,再轉到另一家
繼續繳息,賺時間價值(也賠屋齡),是否划算?
