民國99年起的個人綜所稅級距及累進差額如下表:
稅率 綜所淨額 累進差額
5% 50萬以下 ---
12% 50萬~113萬 3,5000
20% 113萬~226萬 125,400
30% 226萬~423萬 351,400
40% 423萬以上 774,400
各級距累進差額計算式:
12%級距的差額是 50萬 X(12%-5%)=3,5000
20%級距的差額是 113萬 X(20%-12%)+3,5000=125,400
30%級距的差額是 226萬 X(30%-20%)+125,400=351,400
40%級距的差額是 423萬 X(40%-30%)+351,400=774,400
總之就是:該級距的所得淨額下限 X (該級距稅率與上級距稅率之差)+上級距之累進差額
考試的時候累進差額不想用背的,怕背錯,稅法要背的其它罰則數字就很多了。
