Did you know that as an Oregon taxpayer you are entitled to a Political Tax
Credit? You can donate $50 (individual) or $100 (couple filing jointly) to
the OLCV PAC and get 100% of your donation back when you file your taxes. As
the 2017 tax year comes to a close, now is the perfect time to give.

簡單的來看是說 因為捐款可以抵稅 所以先把錢捐給這個機構(OLCV)
等報完稅他再把錢退給你 達到避稅目的..
寫的這麼明目張膽 美國這樣是運作得很自然啊?
這讓我不禁讓我幻想 台灣.. 要是你跟某基金會或某參選的政治人物 交好
都應該可以很輕易達成如同email這樣的合作協定@@......... 吧
ex: 假使所得稅率30% 捐50萬 私下拿回40萬 我省5萬 該單位或候選人賺10萬...
