Saving (vertical) is the supply and investment (I(r)) is the demand.

the difference in saving and investment is net export.
E budget deficit (T-G) goes down means governmnet saving goes up,
which leads to a higher interest rate.
: 我的想法：答案給E，我的想法是難道A選項沒有嘛，貨幣供給增加造成貨幣超額供給
: 迫使利率下降，還是說可貸資金市場沒有貨幣供給這個變數存在，抑或
: 因為貨幣是名目的所以不影響實質利率(可貸資金市場的利率是實質的??)
