皇翔(2545)今(6)日舉行股東會,通過配息4.6元,董事長廖年吉說,現在房市面臨3個問
題,建築業缺工斷層嚴重、交易量萎縮、政府釋出土地競標,房價不會跌!
廖年吉指出,目前建築業缺工斷層十分嚴重,外籍勞工只有政府標案才能申請,下游廠商
誤請到外勞的黑工,還會被抓。他說,消費者期待房價跌,但政府釋出土地競標,土地價
格不斷攀高,因此房價不會跌。
房市交易量萎縮怎麼辦?廖年吉說,上市櫃公司須持續營運,總是要想方法維持業績,山
不轉路轉,路不轉人轉。
皇翔今年度推出的「皇翔芊樾」、「皇翔芊翠」皆已完銷,預售中個案為皇翔MRT、即將
推出的預售個案則有土城頂埔案、萬華漢中段等,加上並持績銷售敦北民生、皇翔紫鼎等
成屋。
皇翔建今年度銷售成屋目標為皇翔敦北民生25戶、皇翔來青16戶、皇翔park21戶、皇翔紫
鼎7戶及其他個案餘屋20戶。以及近期推出的皇翔MRT 300戶。

但董仔在股東會這樣說不會太誠實了嗎?
