理賠人員態度差,客訴沒用,該怎麼辦?? - 保險

我的小妹經營一家平價火鍋店,剛好在十字路口轉角處‥‥
某一天十字路口發生車禍,衝及到店裡,門口要整修,
事主也有很誠意要賠償,
事主的理賠專員(台灣人壽)態度、口氣很不合善,
換了三個理賠專員態度、口氣都很差,
說要客訴也不怕,打電話客訴,就一直轉接,
請問遇到態度、口氣都不善的理賠專員,
該怎麼辦??要如何處理??
假如台灣人壽也是一直不願意處理的態度,我要如何申訴呢??
