(a) Explain the concepts of increasing returns
to scale and monopolistic competition.

(b) How can we use these concepts to explain
intra-industrial trade.



假設國內是獨占市場，原本的價格是P2，產量Q2

開放出口之後價格提高成P1，產量Q1

國際價格Pw，外銷的數量會是Qw-Q1

我的問題是這樣國內的需求被滿足了，

不需要另外再進口了吧？

沒有進口就沒有intra-industrial trade了不是嗎?
