前兩天看到一篇文章,提出來討論看看
那篇文章是說,消費券主要目的是刺激消費
惟又希望排擠效果不要太明顯
所以消費券的消費條件是否能加上「每次消費的一定百分比可用消費券折抵」
如此一來應可創造更高的乘數效果
至少確定的是
不用擔心消費者把原欲花費的3600元儲蓄起來
而僅消費所發放的消費券金額(如此一來就僅有貨幣供給增加,總消費量未增的結果)
例如,一定百分比假設為50%
在消費者邊際消費傾向與一定會把消費券全數消費完的前提下
至少可以創造出2倍的效果(不知道這樣推論對不對?@@a)
