沒報過稅,買房一問 - 稅務

今年24歲,在網路上查詢說「沒有超過標準額」就不需額外去報稅
但家人建議,沒有超過還是要去報稅,對日後買房有幫助(?)
問題來了
1.假使我一直不用去申報,
日後買房算是「買房無成本證明」嗎?
2.我所得一直在標準值以內,
那日後買房頭期款的金額會大於我的收入筆
這樣還會額外在扣稅嗎?
在稅務這方面,真的是完全不了解阿~
