根據營建署公布的全台15處大型計劃區,
其低度使用電住宅、
新建待售餘屋量統計結果顯示,
低度使用電住宅比率最高的計劃區為
「青埔特定區」,空屋率達44.7%,
且總體空屋量3862宅中,有3537宅的
屋齡在5年內,空屋率二、三名的地區
則皆位於新北市新莊區,
就是「新莊副都心」和「頭前重劃區」,
空屋率高達32.3%、24.2%,
而屋齡在5年內的,
同樣佔整體空屋宅數約9成。
新莊副都心高逾7成的崩逃率,將對房市形成更大的空頭賣壓
