房屋稅務與繼承稅務問題! - 稅務

詳情如下:
祖厝價值=>地上物、土地,
地上物與土地目前皆已分給幾位子女(甲),但長輩仍還在,
若長輩已至法院公證土地多分一份給另一位子女(乙),
照常理來說長輩若過世後,該公證之受贈人(乙)才有權利可繼承,
但需補繳土地增值稅等才可享有繼承權,否則九年後將該權利歸為國有,
(祖厝在市區、大坪數,房屋市價很高,但屋齡卻為30年以上)
問題如下:
1.原本已享有繼承的子女(甲)是否還需繳土地增值稅?
2.公證之子女(乙)屆時若受繼承後,除需補繳土地增值稅外,還需補繳何種稅?
3.若公證之子女(已)未來想省下那些不必要的稅金,可否請長輩用贈與的方式? 或者有更
好的方式?
