房市 vs. 股市,
為何富人與中產階級
的選擇截然不同?
目前,這些超級富豪家族超過一半的投資組合,
分配給固定收益、股票和房地產,
分別占比22%、17%和13%。
同時,研究報告還指出,在未來12個月內,
有大比例的超級富豪家族,
將減少對商品和其他有形資產、
以及房地產和房地產信託投資基金
的投資。
原來房地產投資,
超級富豪竟然那是相當低,僅僅有13%,
不像中產階層動輒佔比超過50%,
甚至高達70%、80%。
本來超級富豪的房地產投資佔比,
就已經很低了,但是,在2020年
(未來12月內),
還將計劃減持房地產類的投資。
照這個趨勢下去,未來兩三年,
超級富豪的房地產投資佔比,
可能降到10%以下了!

中國超級富豪家族掌門人,
看好亞洲的股票、債券、黃金等,
且更側向於加大對私募(股權)的配置,
原因是,
私募基金相對於房地產,流動性更強,
