一、稅負增加:房地合一稅的實施。
二、土地增值稅、地價稅及房屋稅都不是以「市價」,而是以遠低於市價的「公告土地
現值與前次移轉現值之差額」、「申報地價」及「房屋標準價格」為稅基。
三、剛性需求持續減少:台灣戶籍人口今年開始減少,預估再三十年左右,台灣人口減
少三百多萬人,將跌破二千萬人。
