housing demand 也就是對房屋的需求 在很短期的情況下
房屋的供給通常短期內都假設是固定 在均衡房屋數量q不變下 需求價格p會上升
所以 需求彈性 dq/dp * p/q 應該會隨著p上升吧. 我個人覺得(B)在短期比較合理
如果長期房屋的供給是正斜率的曲線 p q都會上升 那需求彈性就不一定上或下

p 固定 通常是在完全競爭的環境中 除非房屋供給是完全競爭 否則p 固定是很不符合
實際情形的的假設
