升息降息 房價都是會漲啊
沒有太大抑制作用
除了2015年那波 跌比較重
真正有關聯是匯率
文中解釋是
台幣升值的期間,代表著持續有熱錢湧入台灣
資金會進入房地產,讓房價上漲。
不過這點我就好奇
所以炒房客 看的到外資影子???
反正除非是像中國這次房地產 這麼嚴重
不然要狂跌無可能
但話說回來 真搞成像中國那樣 那基本上整體經濟大概也鳥了
比起股市 台灣房市才是無腦多 不用有腦 有錢買就好
十年前看Sway書的人 現在大概都哭暈在廁所

不論是遇到SARS、金融風暴、新冠疫情,兩條線的趨勢方向幾乎相同,
股價漲、房價也會漲;股價跌、房價也會跌。
