我是從level shifting 去判斷，是以改變Vg, Vd來調整transistor的current ratio.
(之類的吧...我電子學已經忘光光 ><)
所以gate 我猜是 改變電晶體的閘極電流

這句後面應該還有文字，建議把一個單句打出來，
我的解讀應該是針對current source做某些動作,
所以gate我猜是有 reject, separate 或 block 的意思。

這句話我也需要更多"前後文"才比較有把握來判斷，
就單存 A gated by B，應該是指 A is energized under certain conditions.
至於怎樣的 condition 看不出來。
