今天下午好不容易放個假，聽說台銀的網路銀行不錯，就去做個外幣定存。
一到板新分行，因為我在台銀沒有任何戶頭，因此台外幣戶都要開。服務台是個中
年女子，蹺著二郎腿、嚼著口香糖，還一直跟旁邊的人聊天。後來抽了號碼牌到台
幣櫃檯，是個老女人，把我的帳號寫錯也就算了，還一直低低咕咕不知在講啥。最後
到了外幣櫃檯，想說總算是碰到年輕點的女生，沒想到態度是最差的。她沒有一句話
是正眼看著你講的，講話又小聲，辦完東西丟了就給我，只是一直跟我收錢，該提醒
我的事情完全不提，還要我一直問，這樣的服務態度讓我想去客訴，感覺整間分行沒
有人在管，經理看起來也是散散的，以後我再也不想踏進去!真的很氣!
