各位前輩好 我是一個超級新手
有一個問題想要請教大家 希望大家不吝指教
某單位研發出螢光魚 並提出專利申請
申請期間 為求生存 公司開始出售螢光魚
不久市面上出現許多一模一樣的產品
若技術無法解決本問題 (如使出售的魚不會生)
在取得專利前該公司應如何保護自己的權利?
(除了寄存證信函之外 是否有其他方法呢?)
這個問題好像有點淺 希望大家給我ㄧ個找答案的方向
我會自己努力尋找!
