2010年底我購入新莊捷運站五百公尺附近的兩年新大樓
22坪兩房 現租人一個月一萬五 房貸尚欠230萬 每月繳一萬三
所以我等於是房租繳房貸 剩下的兩千繳管理費
過了一年半之後我手邊累積一小筆錢 是考慮放入本金加速還完貸款
還是現在每月存三萬三年後擁有一百多萬再去買另一間房子租人
讓房客替我繳貸款 等我五十歲的時候 就可以放心退休
加上勞退勞保和已經繳清的房貸 實收\的租金
究竟不及著還房貸繼續買第二間是好的理財方式嗎?
