各位版友好,
假設未來我與弟弟買了一棟房子
頭期款各出400萬,房子登記為兄弟共同持有
貸款人為弟弟,但理所當然我也會一起繳貸款
請問房產相關的贈與認定是以 持有人為基準去認定還是貸款人認定呢?
不知道這筆400萬的頭期款與該年度我繳的房貸會不會有超過贈與免稅額220萬的疑慮?
