元大電子帳單沒收到 - 信用卡

前兩個月申請了兩張元大信用卡，
也順便申請了電子帳單，
因為是第一次繳款，
不是很確定結帳日期，
隱約記得是月底，
這期間都有收到刷卡成功的通知信，
所以覺得郵件地址沒填錯，
應該是繳費期限未到。
一直到１２月２號，手機收到繳費通知，
很簡略說元大信用卡應繳金額為xxxx元，
沒提到卡號末四碼，
我也不知道這是一張卡還兩張卡的金額，
心想那就等電子帳單吧，
但信箱就是沒消息，垃圾信件匣也沒有。
4號又收到催繳簡訊，
剛登入官網去查，
原來我的繳費期限是１１/２６！！
但我真的什麼帳單都沒收到啊，
連發簡訊給我都過期才說，
這種情況有辦法跟客服申訴嗎，
我好怕繳滯納金啊啊啊啊
