借放款 - 經濟

想到一個問題：
如果在貨幣市場上，借款和放款的均衡價格稱為利率，
那如果有一個情況，有人把錢存借給銀行，銀行在放款出去，
銀行賺中間的利率差嗎？
這會是一個一直動態得均衡嗎？
