If you enroll in the commission free ETF program, it requires you to hold the
ETFs for 30 days after purchase. For the purpose of this program, the trades
are viewed as Last IN First Out (LIFO). If you sell a participating ETF
within 30 days of a buy, you are charged the short term trading fee of
$19.99. You are charged this for each buy in that 30 day period before the
sell.
