延續這話題，Romer在Advanced Macroeconomics的chap 11 p.568寫到

對Ricardian Equivalence的解釋。其中有幾句話不太了解，請各位幫我解惑。

Thus we have a key result: only the quantity of gov purchase,
not the division of the financing of those purchases between
taxes and bonds, affects the economy.
這段文是說政府支出的確會影響經濟？

其它總體書上
"在政府支出增加下，租稅融通赤字=公債融通預算赤字，消費決策不變。"

所以他真正的意思是在"沒有budget constraint下"的政府支出會影響經濟。

有點迷惑了@@?
