韓流激勵房市,營建股開平走高,類股大漲2.1%以上

韓流激勵房市,今(26)日一早,營建股開平走高,上演慶祝行
情,類股大漲2.1%以上,。
九合一選舉上周六在馬拉松式投票和開票中,順利落幕,最具指
標的高雄市市長候選人韓國瑜以89萬多票的史上最高票,讓鐵板
一塊的藍天變成綠地,改寫高雄政治版圖,最主要政見就是拼經
濟、把高雄打造為台灣首富,市場聯想耕耘高雄房市多年的相關
概念股可望受惠,今(26)日營建股一早就躍居為盤面焦點,開
盤不到11分鐘,類股即大漲2.1%以上,漲幅高居各類股之冠。
其中華友聯(1436)盤中上漲0.8元至38.05元。潤隆(1808)盤
中大漲1元,至56.8元。近幾年積極推案而且熱銷的國建(2501
),盤中也上漲0.55元,暫收19.85元。近20年深耕高雄的國揚
(2505),今早也持續帶量上攻,暫收在12.90元,成交張數直
逼3千張。
高雄「南霸天」京城(2524)早盤也攻上23.8元,上漲0.95元;
成交張數也達1,200多張。
近三、四年狂掃高雄土地、推出新案的興富發(2542)今早更是
領軍噴出,股價衝上46.6元,上漲0.7元,成交張數逾2,800多張
。
不論自建案或代銷案都重押高雄的愛山林(2540),股價也大漲
1.2元以上,暫收24.6元。
達麗(6177)即將在高雄開發大型購物商場,明年初有指標大案
「全民萬歲」完工入帳,今早也搭上選舉慶祝行情,股價上揚
0.5元至26.5元。欣巴巴(9906)則是唯一噴出漲停的營建股,
盤中上漲0.9元至9.9元。
