在發明申請前因為
1.研究實驗
2.政府主辦或認可的展覽
3.非出於申請人本意而洩漏
的情況下，在六個月的緩衝期內可以因為以上原因公開幾次??
或者可以告訴我哪裡可以找到相關法條??
我找好久找不到="=
