請教各位先前：
多年在在交大上，專利初級班時，曾聽上課老師說過，
先前技術記載有 D元件，即使本案說明書沒有記載應「排除D元件」的說明，
但是為了克服新穎性的問題，可以使用「排除D元件」的用語，
如此的「排除」的記載方式，不會有導入新事項的問題。
不曉得，在臺灣或美國，是否可以找到相關的判例，或審查基準中有記載。
