關於專利的屬地性 - 專利

CONTENTS.—Every patent shall contain a short title of the invention and a
grant to the patentee, his heirs or assigns, of the right to exclude others
from making, using, offering for sale, or selling the invention throughout
the United States or importing the invention into the United States, and, if
the invention is a process, of the right to exclude others from using,
offering for sale or selling throughout the United States, or importing
into the United States, products made by that process, referring to the
specification for the particulars thereof.

屬地或許沒錯 但是權限範圍錯誤
在專利權屬地製造 使用 提供銷售 販賣
專利所有者都有排他權
只是他要不要使用而已

但是有一些情況是比較特殊的
是implied license和patent exhaust的情況
這就另請高手解釋了
