關於勞退自提申報扣繳錯誤? - 稅務

如果員工基本薪資$25,000應稅津貼$5,000,勞退自提$1,800
依據之前板友的回覆,在做扣繳申報時,給付總額應當填$28,200
公司給的扣繳憑單,給付總額填$30,000,是否代表多申報了總額?
會間接地影響稅額嗎?這樣是不是就沒有節稅了?
如果公司申報錯誤,除了會影響員工的權益,公司的部份也會受影響嗎?
會被國稅局罰鍰嗎?
覺得這部份有點複雜,很難理解!
