關於債券基金的績效是否可以打敗定存 - 基金

我在想債券的績效是否能夠超過定存，
因為如果買賣債券基金需要手續費1.5%，加上保管費，假設total是1.8~2%，
另假設定存2.5%，換言之債券基金的績效需要超過4%才能跟定存打平。
但是綜觀近來降息風頻傳，然各大債券基金績效似乎仍不見起色。
不知道是否有其他人有跟我一樣的疑慮的嗎
或者有比較好的債券基金標的的確推翻了我的看法的
