過了信用卡分期付款刷退期限 - 信用卡

12月底在pchome預約一月底發售的商品，
分6期，
但剛剛店家跟我說沒貨了，
說過了pchome刷退的期限，要直接把全額貨款退到我的帳戶。
但我信用卡這邊的分期不是還要繳嗎？我沒拿到商品啊！！！！！！！！！！！！！
我該怎麼辦呢？
信用卡新手第一次遇到這種問題，懇請賜教。
