假如一個人..他的一個小孩成年了..要把一億元移轉給他.....
他想出這個辦法.用一億先買二棟豪宅.總價二億.另外一億貸款
市價雖然是二億..但是現值只有7000萬.所以報贈與稅是用7000萬沒錯吧
問題來了..他貸款一億.超過報稅的7000萬..負債資產同時贈與
加上負債又大過資產.稅法上應該免稅吧...如果他的小孩取得兩棟豪宅後
立即順利變現..房價若不漲不跌..則一億應該是順利完成免稅移轉了吧
如果房價漲了..當初移轉的一億自然也變更多...
