車禍保險公司幾天才會出面?? - 保險

我於8/8 晚上騎機車時被一輛要右轉的轎車擦撞導致摔車受傷,
我是直行車,而對方是從我後方擦撞的.
車禍後也有報案作筆錄跟鑑識.對方說會叫保險公司跟我聯絡賠償事宜.
可是到今天8/17 都沒有保險公司跟我聯絡.打電話給肇事者,
結果對方說她8/9 就報出險了.但保險公司太忙,所以沒有跟我聯絡.叫我繼續等.
對方說她是保南山的車險.
請問知道保險公司作業程序的人,有誰知道保險公司這麼久
完全沒連絡是正常的嗎???還是是對方騙我的????
我接下來該怎麼辦呢???
PS:我利用報案連單查對方強制險的保險公司是友聯, 可是對方卻說是南山.
請問這也有問題嗎???
