我想資訊經濟學主要還是在討論資訊揭露，如何影響股價的行為

In fact, the issue of information asymmetry is widely studied in finance and

accounting field. When information asymmetry is reduced, market will be more

efficiency than before. Moreover, when market becomes efficiency, asset will

incorporate information immediately and asset price will close to intrinsic

value. In this case, traders will not earn abnormal (profits) returns by

private information.
