請問負擔房貸的估算 - 房貸

大家好:
小弟將要跟女友共組家庭了, 目前正在看房子,但是在購屋目標上有些歧見
我年收入大約80萬, 她大約50左右, 我存款有200萬 她大概30但是鎖在儲蓄險裡面.
頭期的部分我大概可以集資到450左右, 所以剩下的都會是房貸 .
女友知道後, 就把目標價從本來的850提高到1200....這樣我覺得很不踏實
因為我不知道我們的收入是不是可以負擔700左右的房貸.
況且有計劃在兩年後就生小孩...
再者, 婚後前三年房貸都是我付, 女友說要等第一個六年期儲蓄險到期後才有錢
幫忙繳房貸.....
請專業大大幫忙, 我們這樣的收入可以撐700萬的房貸嗎(20年期)?
要買1200萬的房子, 會不會太勉強了....
