身為資訊人，對於台灣有悲觀的看法
原來政府物價打不下來，原因在於房價高
HPI(房價成長指數)+CPI=118%+2% 120%!
對比7-11茶葉蛋由2000年的5元漲到8元
又或是某些精華地段店家滷蛋一顆15元

就算政府降關稅，物價也不會降，這也是可說明的
所以要救物價，要先從房價下手。
請問我的想法有錯誤嗎?
