複委託購買VT VTI - 理財

請問各位先進，我近日詢問證券專員，如果用複委託購買VT VTI，預扣的30%稅額，不會
退稅，請問單兵如何處理？

股息本來就會扣30% 不然當中國人可以只扣15%

或是開IB買英國掛牌的VWRA、VWRD，就不用被扣稅了。

可退稅的是債券型，VT、VTI是股票型，所以不能退
