雖然你鎖文了
但有一點我想提出討論
開戶抱怨文常常看到
不過有人是講到說工作地/求學地銀行不給開
被要求回戶籍地開戶
跟此例剛好相反 如果兩地都不給開那又該如何
這要讓百姓如何遵循呢?
我覺得不管是金管會還是銀行真的該把規則講清楚
